What personal information do we process? Your name, email address, resume, job preferences, profile photo, and usage data.
Do we process sensitive personal information? Payment information is processed by Stripe when paid features are available. We do not actively collect or solicit sensitive personal information such as race, ethnicity, religion, political opinions, trade union membership, sexual orientation, or health data. However, resumes and employment history you upload may contain information that implicitly reveals such categories (e.g., employer names, affiliations, volunteer activities). We do not extract, categorize, or process this information as sensitive data — it is stored only as part of your resume text.
Do we collect information from third parties? No. We do not purchase or obtain your personal information from data brokers, marketing partners, or social media platforms.
How do we process your information? To provide the Services (scoring jobs, generating scouting reports, tracking applications), communicate with you, ensure security, and comply with law.
Do we share your personal information? We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Services, including hosting, database, analytics, payment processing, advertising, and marketing partners. We do not sell your personal information. See Section 4 for details.
