- 📡 New on Radar — first time we’ve ever seen this job. Fresh opportunity.
Important note: not every job gets a tag. We only surface a signal when the underlying data is meaningful. No noise, no fake confidence.
Here’s why I think this changes the job search
1. It kills the “ghost job” problem.
Everyone’s heard the stat — some huge percentage of job listings aren’t real. With Hiring Signals, you can see which companies are actually growing vs. which ones posted a role and forgot about it.
